This is the official circuit diagram form SOnic Frontiers, so I assume that is correct.

Yes the dissipation of R36, 40. and 45 is OK for TFO 20

Are you sure, that it is correct schematic?
975k as input resistor is enormous ....

That's after the 100K volume control and 100K balance control, not shown in schematic, so input impedance should be 45K using the two controls. If balance control is bypassed then 90K is correct.

The Signature version is in the same schematic. All you have to do is to add the parts with an asterisk * to the standard schematic.
