The closest to the 2SC2238A (BCE) is still the KSC2690A (ECB)
2SC2238A - 180V / 1.5A / 25W / 70~240Hfe / 25pF / 100MHz
KSC2690A - 160V / 1.2A / 20W / 60~320Hfe / 19pF / 155MHz
If the red values are not so critical and pin orientation easy to adapt, then that's the one.
Other than that, only a MJE15032 (same BCE pin orientation), but fT is just 30MHz.
