You are well convinced that DA does not influence the perceived sound. Many here will disagree with you based on their experience. As mentioned the only time I ignore dc/dt is in power supply calculations.
Again it is close, but would you care to demonstrate that it holds to even -140 dB. (I'll give you the friendly 20 dB discount.)

Where did you get that idea (you say DA without qualification, I never said that), everything has a perceptual threshold?
You state it again, please provide evidence that these -120dB aberrations are audible. A posse of believers around the campfire doing sighted listening does not cut it. The burden of proof is on YOU, the many here that disagree are often just that.
Come on Ed, lighten up the EE community at large does not view this as an issue or you would see a lot more discussion in the literature. My concern today is finding a left handed skill saw, the Porter Cable Saw Boss was the only one I found that was corded. The problems of wrong handed saws should be familiar to you.
