I built these speaks this summer and an now thinking about including an amp and DSP in each cab. I get very confused looking at the products on the site. Does MiniDSP make something like what I am looking for?

Depending on if there's enough space on the back plate, a PWR-ICE125 or 250 ought to fit the bill. It isn't air tight, so needs it's own enclosure inside, though.

I would need one for each speaker right? If so, I think I am better off just buying the 2x4HD and getting two amps. Maybe class D for the woofs and tube for the horns.

You're using a horn driver for the tweeter, so you might want to take a look at the Hypex UcD32MP that Hypex is selling the last of stocks for. You'll need to make a cabinet and do a little assembly.

These modules go for €50, including PSU for a 2x30W module. You'll need a regulator and an unbalanced to balanced input buffer (from Ebay) for it.

Then you can add two UcD180 modules and a SMPS400A180 for the woofers. Use Neutrik Speakon plugs on the amp and speakers, so you do everything in one caple - saves you from connection mistakes if you move stuff around...
