A small 9V transformer with approximately 15% regulation will be about right. If you're lucky you will be able to find a datasheet for the transformer which will tell you the no-load voltage. If you need the voltage to be spot on then you could buy one too high and then remove a few turns from the secondary winding to lower the voltage.
