Need one for a smallish Computer speaker project.
Yess I can build a Good 24V dual rail PS using the DIY shoppe pcbs (done it before with excellent results) but then I need a Decent Tx , Caps etc.
All of which are not nearly as easily available during our Pandemic.

The Meanwell SMPS IRM60-24 and IRM90-24 are not so expensive and can be switched in series for dual rails.
Just keep in mind that if one fails your amp might react badl when it comes to dc-offset.
Connex offers dual rail SMPS.

That said, i think a simple unregulated linear PSU is better and cheaper.
The mail system in Canada still works or where do you live?

Can you scrounge a broken stereo receiver (or powered subwoofer) from a recycling dumpster, or buy one from a homeless scavenger? Are there any surplus dealers left in Vancouver? Local forums for radio amateurs that are unloading their basements/attics full of parts? (Ham swap meets can be great places to pick up electronic parts and test gear.)
