Default On & Off noisy DAC

Hi, I have a generally very quiet system, but my DAC a Parasound is always the noisiest. Sometimes it can be quiet noisy and other days quiet, but the rest of my system does not change.
Could I add something like this before the DAC power line to make it quieter.

Audio purification power board improves audio quality for Preamp CD DAC L6-57 | eBay
Or any other suggestions?
Cheers

What sort of noise? How loud is "quiet noisy"? What is connected to it?

This is through the speakers? You could try an external line filter without risk.

To problem solve we need more info as theres no evidence its a power line issue

1.what is the DAC model, how old is the DAC, have you checked the caps, can you upload a photo of the internals

2. what happens on noisy days when you put a different DAC in or use a CDP- is it noisier too on those days or is it fine

3.what is the source for the DAC and on noisy days what happens if you pull the input cables

Default Picture added

Hi Guys, Thanks for the replies
Dac is about 3 to 4 years old, it is a Zdac.
See picture of inside attched.
Cannot try another dac as this is the only one I have, I'm a vinyl man!!
Have not tried pulling the cables as for the last few days it has been quite quiet, but still not as quite as my MC set up. I have quite extensive noise filters, power goes through 2 for the main rig including the Dac

Cheers

With all the power filtering it seems dirty mains power is unlikely? But could you have a ground loop?

Do you feed it bits via copper eg USB/RCA SPDIF? If so when it gets noisy pull the cable and try and feed to optical bits to rule out ground loops via the digital input.

If you like vinyl and DIY you might prefer a DAC with a TDA1541A chip and tubed output.
