I'm sure most of the Seniors of this forum must be aware of PD1515 Transistor of 1970-80's by 'F'airchild Semi. Would like to know its Data & was this an In-house number ?
BTW I had these Transistors in a indian made Vintage Stereo Integrated Amplifier by Cosmic. model is LAB-3000 Stereomaster, which seems to be the Clone of Philips 40 + 40 watts amplifier. but I can say it was like a Indian version of NAD 3020. not just bcuz it had low impedance stability but the Sound was Lifelike.
