I don’t know what “PE” stands for.
If the sockets only have live and neutral I would be inclined to add an isolation transformer.
Note that using pipework as a ground can be very dangerous if it isn’t actually grounded. A connection between live and pipes could give someone else in the building a shock. I believe this avoided if an isolation transformer is used.

I don't understand where the ground would attach on the fo-felix, even if I had it?
Me either.
There does seen to be some opinions floating around that an isolation power supply does have some 'audible' benefits. But, as seen in this thread careful design and implementation is necessary to prevent any kind of shock hazard.

Setup is:
- Surge filter with 4X S20K275 MOV's
- DC-blocker with 2x 16V/100.000µf Epcos in anti-parallel
- - DC-blocker can be bypassed with switch
-- Higher white LED on front will be off when bypassed
- 2x Fo-Felix filter with Bourns CMC8120
-- 2X Fo-Felix with Comoco P3717 -3A
-- 2X Fo-Felix with Comoco Q4007 -5A
-- 2X Fo-Felix with Comoco Q4018 -10A
-Neutrik 32A plug for mains inlet
- 2 white indication LED's on front (Power ON + DC-blocker activated)
Enclosure is made out of black HPL plate.
Top will be made out of 6mm glass.

How did you get the Ben Janssen PCBs? I see a group buy for the Fo-Felix but not for the other boards.
