Power supply for phono stage

I ask for advice-you need a very good power supply circuit for a phono tube
preamp

2-tube ecc83 +2 tube ecc88. (attach)
advise the scheme. or a ready fee

250-- v. anode feed
6.3 -v heat
12 - v
I will buy a transformer for the needs of
I do not want to have an AC background

I did. Here's a much better circuit for phono I built. Yes, you can use an RC filter to get 250V.
EDIT: the one resistor that got too hot was due to a short. It still works fine, so I left it instead of changing it.

It's completely silent. If there was any noise (there isn't, I scoped it) it would be around 35kHz. The entire thing will run off of a battery if you want it to, too!

I use SMPS and boost on most of my builds. Yesterday I built a 6P45S triode connected amp (80W) powered from an ATX supply and a 500W boost converter :) Even the module I listed above set to 110V for negative bias. (it's isolated)
I also built a GU-29 amp using these. They work better than linear and cost less to use. Win/win if you ask me :)
