TI TPS7A4700 regulator question

See block diagram in page 12. There is an under-voltage lockout circuit.
See "Vuvlo" parameter in page 7: Vin>2.67V for ON, Vin<2.5V for OFF.
See "Vdo" parameter in page 7: <450mV at Vin=95% nominal Vout and 1A. This is the Vce-sat of PNP pass element.

Not sure I fully get it - am I correct in stating that if the TPS7A4700 is set for a 5v output (@1 A) then a 4.9v Vin will have typically have around 4.6v at the output (4.9v - 0.307v)?
