Default High voltage regulator low noise

I am working on a PSU for my tube amp that consists of a series of both positive and negative supply rails, each of which is supplied from individual 50Hz transformers. These supply rails should be as close to ideal as possible, meaning no ripple and no noise. The amp in this case is only a headphone amplifier, meaning the currents are quite low.

The supply rails for the amp it self consists of positive and negative 65V 100mA and a 300V positive 10mA. The transformer voltage is rectified and connected to a capacitor, which will give me a ripple with a base frequency of 100Hz.

So far my circuit incorporates two voltage regulators in series, a soft regulator with a Zener controlled BJT, and a fine regulator with a OP-Amp controlled BJT.
This system is designed with the intention to divide the voltage drop over two BJTs to allow the highest voltage swing on the input(Net voltage +-10%), and to cut off the worst ripple before the final voltage regulation takes place. My simulations for this solution is quite promising, but is there a good low noise voltage regulator that can replace one or both the regulators I use now?

Thank you, I have tried to make some simulations in LTspice, both on the PMillett circuit and the original TI version with the BJT.

I have hard time figuring out why PMillett changed the BJTs for a MOSFET, as my simulations at least gives me better results with the BJT in regard to noise on the output.

So what is the advantages/disadvantages of these two versions? and are there any better alternatives?
