Shunt regulator documentation or article missing?

I dont remember the author but the title was something like " Designing Regulators " There every single step was mentioned as using constant current sources and also pros and cons of using opamps in the regulators and an example was also given for salas regualator. If im not wrong it must be salas who has written the article. It was about 3 pages.
