bridge rectifier

the input to my bridge on both sides is 26volts. the output side is -12volts and +54 volts. I replaced this part and got the same result. where else should I check?

The ground connection may be floating. The centre tap of the transformer forms the centre voltage between the two smoothing capacitors and must be connected to the centre point.

this power supply/amplifier(for the pluto 2) was working. It fried the tweeter speaker on this power supply side. when I check the center tap I get readings in low milli volts and some DC readings at speaker output

Show us exactly what you did. As he says, sounds like the CT is disconnected.

i'd check the filter caps if the bridge blew did the caps survive?

and if your getting DC at the output you still have not resolved the problems that took the rectifier out in the first place.
hope you have a "Dim bulb tester" and are using it to get the readings your reporting!
