hello

Any one can advice best circuit or schematic to start a regulated SMPS using the TL-494 or SG3525?

I have seen hundreds on the internet, but never got any formulas or any other thing on how to calculate the windings , or at least to tell if the output voltage.


Any one could suggest a circuit? using TL431 and opto
