xp-5000watts smps from detex audio,
how is this?

Basic design, single layer, no real creepage or clearance gaps that are immediately apparent. it is a design done to a cost (as cheap as possible) it is not a design that has been optimised for high quality, I would be interested in the EMC testing results of this design. It looks like any other readily available budget PC power supply that flood the market.

I mounted the above schema and works.
The polarity of the gate driver is the opposite of Layout1. It is as described in scheme 2 handmade.
Ran 44KHz and I will have to increase the number of turns of the transformer because my saturated and heated. I used 19 turns on a toroid with 1.95 cm2 of Ae, which would give 2300g. I will increase to 30 turns and stay in 1500G.
It really is half-bridge, I was confused because one leg missing capacitor voltage divider (between transformer and negative), but the voltage ratio is like a voltage divider. I used 11 +11 turns on the secondary and got 85V +85 V
