toroidal transformers help

hi
i need help with understand the wiring of a toroidal transformer i have.
what all the wires do what i can do with them

i want to power a 2.1 pc speaker set
crossover and left / right amplifier and woofer amplifier

any help would be great

You have identified all the wires... after rectifying and smoothing the DC voltages off load will be VAC multiplied by root2 so 15-0-15 will be 21-0-21

You could make a small amp, IC based, like a Gainclone... loads of possibilities.

To power a prebuilt piece of kit needs you to know what the power requirements of it are. You can't just shove AC into something... it will complain in a cloud of smoke.

so i would need to make a rectifier bridge and use 2-4 x 1000uf - 3300uf 35v caps for the 15.5v
what about the 13.6 and the 9v
are both yellow wires 13.6v and the green are both 9v
or are they 13.6 and 0v and 9v and 0v

You have 13.6 volts AC between the yellow wires and 9 volts AC between the green wires. The "0" on the black wire is just a convention which means it's connected half way between the two orange wires.
