Hi guitar joe and luka
Great stability, very fine. It's a SG3525/2 inch. core/4 X IRGPC30U/ half bridge SMPS project. In the start, I built it with IR2110 but I don't understand, the IGBTs stay very hot no load and the IR2110 explode after few minuts. Now, I get out the IR2110 and built a small core driver. Very good enjoy because the IGBTs stay "ice" and no fan is necessary in hard load.
Thanks by your comments.

Hi dears
The gate switching is 55Khz and my project is based in this schematics:

Hi
It looks ok, maybe a bit too low R value, I would use 22R, practical is somewhere from 10R to 100R
Supply wasn't a problem because you have used 50Hz trafo, so voltage was ok.
Bad layout? But even so, I really don't know how you could make it that bad that IR would heat up and die.

The IR doesn't do dead time so you would need to do it on the mosfet gates with diodes.
