Plitron transformer wiring?

I have a Plitron 0670140. Acording to there webpage this transformer has dual 110v primarys and 2 18v secondarys.
Well all the windings match up except the transformer has
2 yellow with a green stripe wires that are not in the wiring
diagram I measure ~8vac to ground. I assume they are buck
or boost taps but why arn't they in the wiring diagram?
