Please, could you suggest me about the stuffing?
I put polyfill from the top to the begin of the hole, but the sound lost details of instruments and gain on the voice.
I put 410 gr for each tower. Plan say 410 gr but for each or in total?
Thank you

That number would be per side - but in my two Pensil builds so far - 7 and 10.3, I found that I preferred the sound with between 1/4 - 1/3 less than the recommended amount, so be prepared to experiment.
Thank you, and in the area behind the driver, did you use a sound proofing material?

Normally, I would use Ultra-touch 1/2" denim felting in the immediate vicinity of any driver, but in this case I followed Scott's plan and used just the Acousti-stuff. Of course, one of the advantages of a completely removable back panel is the ease of access to play around with all sorts of treatment after the fact.
Recently finished this pair of Pensils that look more like Frugals. drivers are the Pluvia 11. I must say I appreciate the bass and mids that these put out. Maybe the P11 is not as quite as detailed as some of the Mark Audio drivers but I think it is still a great driver.
