just have happen,landed on same "YouTube"videos.
I can feel it is same thing about it,but the problem is the language, those guys are Russians.
Video show fundamentals of speaker driver is this . Then the idea is taking over by Russian interpretative guy Сергей Луч. Who is trying to become wealthy because a design of the driver .
Impression on that electrostatic speaker is obvious ...just take a look like this,according to Сергей.

It seems to be metalized film. So the resistivity is low, that causes distortion. And then it is a wire stator on both sides.
Nothing new what I can see. How the impedance conversion is done I can not see.

It is quite difficult to get particular details on this speaker,Сергей Луч have guided me to his written article about the speaker in a Russian magazine.
Article was spread among 4 issues .I have made a pdf. binder ,but it is in Russian and it is too large file for upload there. This link should guide to pdf binder, any one interested
Microsoft OneDrive - Access files anywhere. Create docs with free Office Online. Copy text to google translate -would be one way to go.
