That card uses CMI8888 (2011) which has been supported by linux alsa for many years. Google shows it is reported to work on other linux distributions, just do some search.
Your best bet is to try. If the manufacturer (typical audiophile speak and pricing) does not care about linux support, nothing interesting for me...
