Hello
I'd like to share and introduce my script for improving the sound of the already great Ropieee which works with Roon. This script also includes the installation of a very robust Spotify client. Very simple copy/paste install script. Please visit my GitHub for details and install instructions. GitHub - dynobot/Arch-Linux-Audio-RPi at beta Enjoy! |

What does it mean - very robust Spotify client? I'm planning to implement in Python simple UI for primary Spotify user - show playlist, select/play track. Could you recommend what kind of library I should use for that? As far as I understand libspotify was deprecated. Is spotifyd the way to go? Maybe it's better to use Spotify Web API (?)
Thanks in advance! |
