Default Main switch-on delay

Dear all,
What do you think about this circuit. Can we use it in our Aleph amplifier, regarding inrush thermistor.

I think you can find easier ones out there. The easiest
besides a thermistor is all on the secondary side, and charges
the caps through a resistor which is then bypassed by a
