Aleph x calculation spreadsheet, Factor 2 or 3?

Hi everyone, I'm planning on building 2 aleph x clones and to do so I use the
Aleph x calculation spreadsheet.
Could someone explain me the meaning of factor 2 and factor 3 wattage lines for the transformers on the spreadsheet? Which one should I choose to define my transformer wattage?
