Adcom GFA-5002 increase ClassA bias on purpose

Here are some pictures of it, I wish I had the specs but they are not anywhere in the service manual.

The inscriptions read:
TT345-U
CB-3514-C 3


Is there a way to calculate its specs or bypass this circuit, perhaps replace it with a switch?

It is your wall voltage to 24VCT to 30VCT (or dual 12V-15V) (to make the +/-15V regulators happy) at a part Ampere. Get something the same physical size and the current will be OK.

Thank You Everyone who chimed in, after contacting every ADCOM part source and being told that the part wasn't available I got myself an extra bucket of patience and I was able to fix the transformer.

Now this little amp is back to life.
