Default J74 with IDSS 3~5mA

I have 20pcs of Toshiba J74, however their idss range is kind of low side, what can i use them for ?

You can use them in any application where the current desired is at
Idss or less, buffers, current sources, diff pairs etc.

If you need more current you can parallel them.
