My question did not seem to be understood, so I want to clarify things for a better understanding

The Pearl II and both the Aleph-ONO and X-ONO uses an operational amplifier stage (always discrete versions) as an output stage - go to
Fig. 2 under https://www.passdiy.com/pdf/PEARL 2.pdf

It is clearly to see, that in the Pearl II works an operational amplifier stage as line stage behind a passive RIAA network.
In the ONO's there is no passive RIAA-Network in use - go to the first attachment and go to the schematic under
http://alexkachler.free.fr/audio/xono/doc/aonoserv0.pdf
The ONO's operational amplifier stages operates in a non inverted mode with a RIAA-network in the feedback loop, which fed the inverted amplifier input.

The predecessor, the Pearl (first version resp. MK-I) uses also a passive network, but no operational amplifier structure with differential amplifier (LTP) input behind that RIAA network. Only a single cascode amplifier is here present, which was replace by an operational amplifier in the MK-II version - check out Fig. 2 under

Pass D.I.Y. Preamps: Pearl Phono: part1

Long talk short sense: In opposite to the ONO's, both PEARL versions use a passive RIAA network. The only different between the PEARL and PEARL 2 is the topology of the output stage for enhanced gain in the PEARL 2.

Now again the question from post #1:
Are there commercial available phono Preamp devices on the marked with the same internal circuit topology as in use by the PEARL 2 (and additional by the PEARL in the first version) ?
