Default Littlefuse SIC Mosfet - is this old news?

Just got an email from DIGIIKEY that this device is available for just under $28,00 each.

http://www.littelfuse.com/~/media/el...asheet.pdf.pdf

Is this part interesting?

for my untrained eye , first thing I spotted is multiplied Vgs for same currents , vs. sort of reference Semisouth SJEP120R100

(besides that , they look similar)

that makes several things trickier

however , one can be sure only with part on test-bed ,and getting proper set of lines , in area of most interest to us - voltages up to 50 and current up to 5-10

Anybody notice any significant feature compared to Cree C2M0080120D or C3M0075120K?

Looking at the C2M080120d data sheet and you see it's about the same power handling as the Littelfuse device but has much lower capacitance values.

Just asking. Seems like a copy of the c2m080120d to me. Curious about any advantage a newly introduced device may have.
