I have to admit if it was my build, I would wire it slightly differently.
I would remove the copper pipe 0V link and move it to the third (o/p) bank.
First two caps, remove the 0V link, add a new link from the first to the second cap bank in parallel to the other 0V wire closest to the transformer; you could think of it as two separate single supplies joined at the output.
