I found a couple of sample units that Linear Systems gave out at Burning Amp a few years ago, see photo below. Whether these are "Blue" or "Green" or "suffix-A" or "suffix-C" , I have no idea. All I know is that they are marked with an F on the package, perhaps denoting Free sample (?)

I put them on my curve tracer and got the plots shown below. For the convenience of SPICE model makers I've also attached the raw data files from the curve tracer, in its idiosyncratic CUV (curve) format, which resembles excel CSV format except using TABs instead of commas. The curve tracer rotates all plots into the first quadrant, even though PJFET curves exist, in reality, in the third quadrant. That's about all the Technical Support I can supply for the CUV format, hopefully having both the ASCII data and also the .PNG image of the curves, will help you decipher any mysteries of CUV format.
