That's the caps slowly discharging and then the op amp malfunctioning at the low voltage rails. I don't have a solution to it, but that is what you are hearing.

I installed my amp to enclosure, but there have a background sound "Wooooo".
I looked that your amp has a capacitor connected to RCA ground to AC-earth. Is it need to install this cap and what value should i add?

.033 - .1uF or anything close should do the job. It should be very quiet.
