He is using Vds of 2.x volts. Why so low? In most of the PL circuits, Vds is closer to 24V than 2.x volts.
It is nice that he is reporting gm for each part at the Ids that these parts are often used at.
His curve tracer is super noisy. Not that that matters. However, it makes me wonder how noisy are the rest of his measurements.
Yes. They are being sold as unmatched, the 'matches' being that they are (1) N-channel and (1) P-channel of BL grade.
My favorite bits - (bold mine)

You can safely trust this eBay seller (Alweit). I don't know about the matching, but I have only seen genuine devices from him.
