The Yfs at 1mA for the J74 is >15mS while this is ~0.5mS so you would need 30 in parallel.

I have seen these before. I wonder if you have any data on the noise of these jfets. The datasheet says nothing.

Default Anyone tried the J271?

Did anyone tried the J271 (or J270) from InterFET as substitute for the 2SJ74?

Datasheet looks promising...
