Checkinig notation on this schematic

Hi I'm checking some of the notation on this schematic for a Pass X-2 pre-amplifier power supply (the other schematics have similar variations)

I presume that the transformers are 60V centre tapped

and that the resistor notation, which varies, should be interpreted as:
221 is 220 ohm
2210 is also 220 ohm
4751 is 4.75K or 4K75

Clarification greatly appreciated.

Yes, the last digit is the number of added zeros to the leading digits.
eg 4751 = 4750 = 4k75 (this is an E96 value)
221 = 220 = 220r (this is not an E96 value) this causes confusion with a 221r which is a valid value for E96 range.

I don't like Pass adoption of that notation. To me and many others it is confusing.
