4 curve traced pairs :D and + THF-51 , 2SK182 ES

I measured 182ES from Watanabe-san at various operation points. Very well matched. :)

LTSPICE based on my measurement. (measured 15-25V range only)

Soundhappy, you're welcome.

maxlorenz, I was studying the thermal resistance of Tokin SIT.

2SK180 (Pt 300W Tj 150C), θj-c is 0.42C/W ((150-25)/300).
182ES, 0.25C/W.
SONY 2SK82, 1C/W.

It seems the case temp of Tokin can be much higher than regular FET, so the difference of C/W between Keratherm and Ceramic for this size of FET would not be a serious issue, I guess. Have you calculate the difference?

Thanks guys.
The German site asks too much as shipping charges that it makes it inconvenient to buy. I bought some similar products online but what worries me is the mechanical resistance especially at the holes' borders. That is why I am looking for these ceramics. The seller has not answered yet. There ceramic plates that may be drilled but there is a health risk involved.

Cheers,
M.

Are you serious?
BeO is really price prohibitive even in respect to a metallized AlN. The price is unbearable indeed. You may compare price of RF Mosfets with and without BeO.

Dust from Al2O3 or alumina is as dangerous as common road dust. Good luck with drilling.
Anyway there are more than one distributor of alumina pads. But be warned, its brittle and requires proper machining of mating surface.
What's wrong with mica anyhow.

OK.
Thnx.

Good news in a last interview episode with Papa
, thanks to Mr Guttenberg for amazing videos ,
we see not dozen Tokin's but rather dozen of hundreds
+ super exotic golden " small satellites" and mega huge black SIT bricks probably twins in one package.
Think Sony Vfet's Diy amplifiers had been just adventures beginning..
:) :superman:
