One option is to make a single-ended SIT amplifier using a P channel follower
and biased by a constant current source.

Very easy to do.

I certainly can deliver that and so you guys should consider buying those up.

That said, I would still like to see some of these PP circuits built.

something as this ......just copy/paste (CCS from F1) exercise

there are more opportunities , of course , as other polarity mosfet CCS ,or (sort of ) ACA top half , or Aleph CCS ........ but any of them needing AP1/Papabrain combo for final polishing

:clown:

An externally hosted image should be here but it was not working when we last tested it.

from some reason I can't upload any pic in this moment , so I just put it in my DB folder

I bought some this morning. I am looking forward to the article. This is not the time to wait, when these are gone they will be hard to find. You do not want to be one of those that looks back and says "Darn I wish I had bought some back then". I am looking forward to the SE SIT schematic. Thanks Mr Pass.

Maybe you or another diy-er in country could organise a group buy?

Jan

Thanks for the suggestion, but organizing a group buy is too much of an undertaking for me . I helped a forum member in Europe to order a stash of Tokins a while ago, and I found it quite stressful to make sure everything I sent him was good, so I can't imagine how I can handle a GB.

I have a few (4-8) pairs I might offload at cost though (got them to be able to find some matched pairs for this part 2). Those interested could send me a PM, but there won't be matched pairs available.
