And to preempt the inevitable question on where to buy the 2SJ313, here is a source that I have used. He sells them at a very reasonable price but i think that you have to buy them in pairs (together with the n-channel).

probably should have matching p channels devices for the aleph input stage - can't tell if that source provides them in either polarity?

Is there a list in one of the threads containing info about fet equivalent / drop in replacements? (Upgrades) could not find this.

When using irf9610's, do they need to be matched at 20mA?
No harm in using 2SC2240 instead of MPSA18?
(posted same question in other thread)
