I just stumbled across a thread in "the Lounge" forum, asking for names for DIY'er of the year. I posted my nomination for "6L6" (Jim, in Denver). He's been responsible for a lot of the Pass forum "tutorials" and build guides. He's also personally encouraged a lot of folks (like me, and others) to become involved in audio DIY. In short, a very active, supportive member of the Pass forums and an avid DIY'er/
I don't know if there is "strength in numbers", but if you meander over to "the lounge", consider taking the time to mention Jim in a posting.
I understand the winner (if there even is one.....) gets a lifetime of MOSFETs!
(Of course, another EXCEPTIONAL candidate would be "Papa Pass" hisself, as the epitome of all DIY'ers!)
