Well, I managed to blow it up last night again. I do not know why.... I assume I over-drove it into a more difficult load, causing the heatsinks to heat up too much and the diodes to conduct.
All but one of the LED's on the power rails are dark. Yes, fusing is a problem too.
I do not have time to fix this at the moment. Finding work is a priority.
