Default Reducing PSU Voltage

Ok i got a PSU built using a 220/110V Transformer, i made a pcb which creates a "fake" ground so i get 70+70v off the rectifier. I want to reduce that to 50+50v is there a way to do it, not using resistors cause it'll heat up a whole lot

whether you use resistors or a pair of linear regulators, you will still generate a lot of heat.

SMPS may be your solution.
