SG3525 Duty Cycle?

How can I set the Duty cycle on a SG3525? I am using the schematic attached, and it was working fine but suddenly the duty cycle droped... I swapped the chip and it works fine again... going back to the old Chip I discovered adding 6V to the COMP pin also restores the Duty cycle to 50%... what is goin on?
