i've used custompcb.com with good results - can send them an eagle file(s) directly, no need to convert to gerber. as long as your design fits the 'free' version of eagle (or you own license). panelize reasonably.... if bigger board, maybe expresspcb.
someday may try ourpcb since if you get up in quantity, they become real inexpensive.

hmm when it's come to Audio, believe the connectivity of a PCB is important. i came by a chance of in a shop that makes 2 identical amp.
He did an A/B switching Demostration between both. one was using a normal PCB and the other was using a teflon or something board( or something that the master of the shop mentioned was exactly the same use by Audio research)..
and clearly the telfon something was better sounding...
didnt know PCB could make a differences..
what is your remcommendation?
