Not much good for audio.
I was hoping it was a 2SB206 on a commercial package but with a Ft so low.....

Ft = 2.5kHz . My question : is this oscillation frequency ( in case if build oscillator with this transistor )
or audio bandwith response limit ? I have doubts..

Ft is where the current gain goes through unity. It can still amplify or oscillate above Ft because we can extract a voltage gain; in practice even Ft is awful high for most uses.

I'd forgotten just how low performance early transistors could be! That's slower than any Si darlington I've heard of for instance, and the only use I can think of for it is as pass transistor for an analog power supply, or non-PWM switching.
