Hello,
Had a look at another thread regarding looking for older genuine Hitachi transistors.
I'm replacing two Mitsubishi IGBT on board and decided on ones for sale on ebay, but then got cold feet about how good they are or not.
I then reordered from a company which advertised these as Hitachi parts.
I am not convinced that they are genuine Hitachi, but there is much conjecture out there as to identifying the genuine semiconductors etc. I had expected it to have the Hitachi logo on it, although they have merged with Mitsubishi now too.
I don't want to go to all the bother of installing these only for them to subsequently fail.
Any thoughts or ideas would be appreciated.
