Default Diotec BC546C/556C

Fairchild/ON Semiconductor seem to have stopped making the BC546C/556C some time ago but I have discovered that Diotec still make them. I ordered some from V&U Electronic Components in the UK and so far they look pretty good. hfe for both npn and pnp is in the range 480-530. I'll measure Vceo and whatever else I can.

May I ask where you bought them from?
Best regards!

Got them from here V&U Electronic components LTD UK Online Store Soldering Tools Components DIY Kits Arduino Hobby Tools but they also sell via ebay uk and amazon uk. Diotec have distributors in Germany so you may be able to get them locally. The parts themselves are manufactured in Poland.
