Transistor insulator washer To-220 same as To-264?

Hello,

I'm currently living in India and can only fins plastic insulating washers for To-220 but my project has To-264. Does anyone know if the plastic insulating washer is the same?

Have you looked at the TO-264 devices?

Looks to me like they don't need insulating washers...Just the insulating pad.
