Attached is a picture of a capacitor from a JVC ED-1240 8 track player. I am replacing all the electrolytic capacitors in this unit and there are 2 axial capacitors like this that don't clearly show its specifications.
My interpretation of this is that it is 33nF and 400 volts. Can someone please confirm that this is the case?

Looks correct, to confirm take it out and measure it. Odd that it's 400VDC, though.
