Looking for connector, identification welcome

Hello all,

I have a power supply to amplifier connection
3 x 4 pins, but I cannot find the name of the connector .
As you can see from the pictures there is a makeshift connection now, but would rather build a cable with the correct male plugs.
Would any of you happen to know what it is, where to find it?

totally obscure

car (!) tube amplifier (the connector gets the various voltages for a tube amp from the power supply to the amp)

Dynamic Power

Concert

Made in Italy

Output is by means of 4 x 6550s

Bought in the early 2000s, so production most likely in the 90s.
