New 33μf give a value of 49.5μf

In the old days, when manufacturing was not as refined as it is now, electrolytics were often value tolerance specified as "-50%/+100%". Although that 247uF is really something else.

I check all caps before fitting; to see that they are within the tolerance value and have a reading.

I have two new 33μf; both give a value of 49.5μf, this is 50% above it’s value, more than double the tolerance value, well I have fitted them, did I do right?
